A man has been arrested in connection to a murder at a beauty salon in Central Falls, Rhode Island. The victim, 50-year-old Putali Kunwar, was found dead inside Sue's Salon following an apparent act of violence. Through extensive surveillance, detectives identified the suspect through a license plate used in the vehicle and identified him through Flock camera technology.
