The Big Ten will host its first women's volleyball conference tournament in 2026 in Fishers, Indiana. The 15-team tournament will be held at the Fishers Event Center outside of Indianapolis. This is part of a larger effort by the conference to promote the growth of the sport. The change comes as part of the Big Ten aims to increase the number of regular-season champions in all 28 sports. The tournament will consist of three first-round matches, four second-round games, and the quarterfinals and semifinals. The championship match will be set for Nov. 25. The Big Ten has led Division I attendance rankings every season since 2007 and had six matches last season that earned over 500,000 viewers on three networks.
