OpenAI has asked the California and Delaware attorneys general to investigate Elon Musk's "anti-competitive behavior" ahead of a high-profile trial between the two companies. In a letter, OpenAI strategy chief Jason Kwon alleges that Musk has been working to undermine OpenAI through various attacks, including coordinating his efforts with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The trial is set to begin on April 27. Kwon warns that Musk's actions could hinder OpenAI's efforts to develop artificial general intelligence, or AI that rivals or exceeds human intelligence.
