A woman suspected of stealing a traffic management truck in Los Angeles led authorities on a high-speed chase that ended in Kern County. The LAPD initiated the pursuit after the truck was reported stolen and California Highway Patrol took over. The truck was traveling on the 14 Freeway in the Santa Clarita area at speeds of about 80 mph. The driver eventually stopped the vehicle and was taken into custody without further incident.
