The White House opened its doors to the public for its annual spring garden tours, offering a glimpse into President Donald Trump's transformation at the outdoor grounds. The tours, which traditionally offer free-range access to the Rose Garden, Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, White House Kitchen Garden, and Children’s Garden, were a new experience this year as construction began on the East Wing ballroom addition. The Kennedy Garden was removed from view to make way for the new ballroom, which is currently under legal challenges. The Rose Garden has been transformed, with new sculptures added and landscaping plans for the area where it once sat suggest little visual reference to its predecessor. However, there are no plans to move the garden to another location on the grounds.
