Middlesex Co. Launches Community Survey To Identify Gaps, Needs

Middlesex County, New Jersey, is launching an anonymous online survey to assess its community services and programs for the better of its citizens. The survey will be open to all types of people, including those who receive Medicaid, NJ FamilyCare, aging or long-term care services, mental health or substance use disorder services, food assistance such as SNAP or TANF, and those experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. The results will help identify community strengths, service gaps and areas for improvement.
