Downtown children's mental health care center closer to expansion

The April 28 Hennepin County Board and Regional Railroad Authority met to approve updated leases for a children's mental health care center and an urban farm run by the Native American Community Development Institute. The county board also approved a renewal of the lease and use agreement for St. David’s Nicollet Center, a Minneapolis child care center for kids with trauma and behavioral and developmental disabilities, and a contract award to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc., and budget amendment for the multimodal improvements on CSAH 82 (Mill Street) Pathway in Shorewood, Excelsior and Chanhassen.
