The Penn Ave DJ Pop-up Series and Emancipation Day Parade and Festival in Washington, D.C. are set to close roads and limit parking for drivers from Friday, April 17 until 4 a.m. The following day will see several streets closed due to public safety concerns. Additionally, from Monday, April 20, to Friday, May 20, the streets will be marked as Emergency No Parking and closed to vehicular traffic.
