Sin City Manny seeks $100,000 bail, cites self-defense in deadly Bellagio shooting

Manny Ruiz, known as "Sin City Manny", is seeking $100,000 bail for charges related to the fatal shootings of Rodney and Tanisha Finley outside the Bellagio Fountains in June. Ruiz claims that he opened fire in self-defence as the couple was reaching for a gun. The defense argues that Ruiz has a history of PTSD after being attacked by gang members.
