Person dead, another critical after shooting on Central Avenue

A person has died and another is critically injured following a shooting incident on the near-identical side of the street. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Central Avenue, near the intersection of East 32nd Street and Central Avenue. The shooter is believed to have been identified as an unidentified unidentified person.
