Neighbors shaken after teen shot, killed at Kannapolis apartment complex

A 17-year-old boy has been shot and killed outside an apartment leasing office in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The victim was found in the parking lot of the Coldwater Ridge Apartments. Police have not yet disclosed any arrests or descriptions of the suspect.
