Laredo Police detail arrest in city’s third homicide case

Laredo police have arrested an Oklahoma man, Allen Denzel Phipps, for the murder of 60-year-old Iowa man. The shooting occurred outside businesses where surveillance cameras were active. Police found a second vehicle matching the description of the second suspect vehicle. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder. This is the city's third homicide.
