The NWS predicts that winds may gust between 10 to 15 mph, increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon, and winds could gust as high as 41 mph. There is also a potential for strong to severe storms Sunday night, with a chance of rain before 11 a.m., followed by snowfall.
