2-year-old found dead after uncle intentionally sets home on fire in Turlock, police say

The Turlock Police Department is investigating a homicide after a 2-year-old was found dead in a house fire. The fire was set on purpose by the uncle of the child, who was caring for the child at the time. The man was arrested on charges of murder, aggravated arson, and child abuse.
