A surveillance camera outside a Wisconsin auto repair shop has captured a driver repeatedly driving over an injured deer, causing outrage among locals and a police investigation. The incident was caught on the street outside Manitowoc Auto Repair and later discovered a car emblem at the scene. The video was viewed nearly 9,000 times after being posted on Facebook. The owner of the shop, Tim Kolbeck, stated that he was "sickened" by the incident. Wisconsin law prohibits cruel treatment of any animal under Statute 951.02 and an intentional violation resulting in an animal's death can be charged as a Class I felony.
