Restaurateur Matt Fish is set to launch a new venture, Proof Public House, taking over the former Proof BBQ space in Cleveland. The event will be part of enshrinement week at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and will feature food from all 32 NFL teams. The Food Showcase will showcase emerging chefs, eateries, and food trucks at the event.
