Shelby County retests sirens after they failed to sound during overnight severe storms

Both Shelby and Adair counties experienced issues with their outdoor warning sirens during overnight storms. On Monday, Shelby County opted to test its sirens after the issue was discovered. The county had planned to test the sirens next week, but radio technicians were called in to investigate the issue.
