LACMA is set to host a free block party and art parade on June 20 to celebrate its new galleries, the David Geffen Galleries. The event will also feature mobile art installations and performances. This is the first free public event at the new 110,000-square-foot space. The block party will include free admission to the entire museum, guided gallery tours, DJ sets, food and a collaboration with Hollywood gallery Jeffrey Deitch.
