Popular cafe in Lyndon to close this month after 40 years in business

The Corner Cafe, an Italian and Cajun fusion restaurant, will close on April 16, just nine days after its 40th anniversary. The restaurant has been owned by siblings and owners, Peggy Frederick Buchanan and Randy Frederick, who started it with a 35-seat pizza parlor. They are retiring after decades of service.
