T&M Associates was founded in 1966 by Richard Noble and Richard Schulz, and has since grown to employ over 375 people. The company does engineering work for public- and private-sector clients across the country. It has also done significant reconstruction work in New Jersey following Superstorm Sandy. The T&M Foundation supports charitable giving, STEM education and volunteerism.
