Satisfaction with NHS lower in younger groups, survey suggests

A survey by the annual British social attitudes survey has found that only one in five people under 35 are satisfied with the NHS, compared to over a third of those aged 65. This is the first time satisfaction has increased since before the Covid pandemic. However, experts have warned that the improvements are still fragile and there is a lot more work to be done. The Health Secretary in England, Michael Street, acknowledged that the NHS is on the road to recovery but acknowledged the need for further improvements.
