German financial watchdog probes Gerresheimer amid possible accounting violations

Germany's financial watchdog, BaFin, has initiated an audit of Gerresheimer's (GXIG.DE) consolidated interim financial statements from December 2024 to May 2025. BaFin has evidence that the company has violated account regulations. The audit will take place within the month of each other.
