Girl, 12, shot while sitting in parked car in northwest Miami-Dade, deputies say

A 12-year-old girl was shot in the arm while sitting in a parked car in a northwest Miami-Dade neighborhood early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred at the time of the shooting. The girl was transported to a nearby hospital and has since been released. No arrests have been made and investigators are urging witnesses to share their surveillance footage.
