Police have arrested 57-year-old Todd Landry after a classic American muscle car driver drove into a crowd during a Lao New Year Parade in Coteau, Louisiana, injuring 19 people. Landry reportedly showed signs of impairment at the scene and provided a breath sample showing a blood alcohol level of 0.137%. The injured people were mostly from children, with seven of them hospitalized, three taken to the ICU, and four others transferred to other facilities. The incident is not believed to be an intentional act and an ongoing investigation is ongoing.
