Matthew Buckley, a former F-18 fighter jet pilot, has been using his experience to help others with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He credits his Naval training to help him compartmentalize his trauma, including being sexually abused as a child, losing his sister to a drunk driver and losing many friends to suicide. After undergoing psychedelic assisted therapy in Mexico, he started a foundation that provides grants for veterans and first responders seeking alternative therapy.
