tvOS 26.4 adds powerful new ‘Genius’ feature for Apple TV 4K

Apple's new software, tvOS 26.4, is set to launch for Apple TV 4K users with several new changes, including a new content discovery tool called 'Genius Browse' in the TV app. The feature expands the 'genius' branding once used in iTunes and is available in the beta and is expected to be shipped to all users in the coming weeks. It offers a new row of Genius Browse categories in the Home tab inside Apple’s TV app, giving users a list of recommended titles and a new layer of title-specific recommendations. Additionally, users can personalize Genius Browse to a specific user profile on their Apple TV, or see only titles in certain genres.
