Jonathan Barrera, owner of Bestcake CDMX in Mexico City, has created a face-shaped concha, the iconic dome-shaped Mexican sweet bread. The conchas, which are named "Harfuchas," are not being sold individually and are only available by advance order. This trend is part of a rapidly expanding trend of García Harfuch merchandise, following the death of Jalisco New Generation Cartel leader Nemesio "El Menche" Oseguera in February. Barrera's creation is seen as an extension of the trend, which also includes dolls and other items featuring Harfherty.
