Miami's local chef, Kenny Gilbert, is competing in Guy Fieri's cooking competition, "Tournament of Champions," taking on some of the biggest culinary names in the industry. Gilbert, who owns House of Birds + Drop Biscuits in Coconut Grove, has been praised by A-list celebrities for his unique flavors and unique perspective on the cuisine. He has no idea what ingredients are in his dish and has no knowledge of them until he hits the kitchen. The show will air on The Food Network on March 22.
