The largest IPO in human history is reportedly underway, with SpaceX filing for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company is not required to make its S-1 prospectus public until 15 days before it begins its roadshow. It is believed that the company aims to raise around $75 billion in its IPO.
