Fresno Police Arrest 19 in DUI Enforcement Operation

The Fresno Police Department has arrested 19 people on suspicion of driving under the influence, with an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties. The department plans to hold another DUI enforcement operation on March 7. Funding for the program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
