A man, Stephen Cavanagh, from Liverpool, has been charged with 17 counts of fraud relating to the fraudulent sale of tickets to see the band's reunion tour. The scam allegedly occurred between March and June last year. The case was referred to Action Fraud, which is run by the City of London Police, after Lisa Barker lost £1,508 for eight tickets. A BBC investigation found that some people were targeted by bogus sellers and were told no action could be taken.
