Despite the high-profile nature of the event, Roach stressed the importance of preparing looks for the event for months and months. The 2026 event will take place on May 4 at Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. The co-chairs include Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and Anna Wintour.
