Oklahoma agency chief to step down Aug. 24

The executive director of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET), Julie Bisbee, is expected to leave the agency on April 24. Bisbee has served as TSET's executive director since 2019 and is currently in discussions about severance. The TSET Board has appointed Lance Thomas as interim director.
