A semi-truck carrying 50,000 pounds of packaged meat caught fire after a crash in Sacramento, California. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. The truck hit a vehicle and then veered off a ramp connecting southbound Interstate 80 to westbound Highway 50. No one was injured in the incident. The closure of the freeway was expected to extend for several hours.
