Freeze expected Tuesday night in the Baltimore area

The Baltimore area is expected to see a significant colder and colder weather for the next few days, with temperatures expected to drop into the 40s and 50s across the state. Freezing conditions are expected across the region, including from Central MARYLAND, the EASTERN SHORE, and all of Western Maryland. Be careful with any activity, including planting anything that could damage crops or plants. Freeze watches are in place from central Maryland to Eastern Maryland, but there are no watches out for this as the growing season hasn't even begun yet. Temperatures are expected to fall into the 50s and 60s over the coming days, making it feel much colder than normal for this time of year. The cold weather will continue throughout the week, with lows around 45 in BALTIMORE, 40 in YORK, 45 in ELKTON, and 45 in the 40S over the weekend.
