Women spend over $1600 a year on health and hygiene, new survey reveals

A survey conducted by Talker Research for Intimina revealed that the average woman spends $1,639 annually on health and hygiene, spending an average of $182 on period products, $197 on prescriptions, and $151 on intimacy items. The average woman estimates that nearly a quarter of every paycheck is spent on health, hygiene, and hygiene. Over half of women struggle to afford their wellness needs. The highest dollar amounts were spent on doctor’s visits ($232) and skincare ($227), although undergarments ($222), hygiene products ($219), and vitamins also made it past the $200 mark. Despite the investment, the average women currently feels 72% healthy and 43% have expressed concern about their health.
