The incident was confirmed to have occurred during the game, which resulted in the end of father-son games in Miami. Despite his retirement from the sport, James has shown he can still perform well, scoring a game-high 21 points and assisting with 12 assists and 10 rebounds in a 120-101 win over the Washington Wizards. He also tied Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most combined career wins in the regular season and playoff games with 1,228.
