A 35-year-old man has been arrested for stabbing two men, one of whom died, outside a homeless drop-in center in Hell's Kitchen. The victims were identified as Rene Flores, 31, and another man, 34, who were stabbed multiple times in the torso. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. on April 23. Both victims were initially believed to be connected to the Urban Pathways Ninth Ave. Drop-In Center, but police have now stated they were not residents of the facility. The 24-hour drop-In center offers services, including charging stations, a kitchen, and medical and laundry rooms.
