The unsettled weather pattern continues throughout the day, with strong storms expected to develop along the Oklahoma-Kansas state line and southwest Kansas, before becoming more widespread as they move east. A Marginal Risk is in place for southcentral and southeastern Kansas, with much of the rest of the state in a Marginal risk. Strong winds and large hail will be primary concerns late Thursday into Friday as storms track through the state. An Enhanced Risk has been issued for our easternmost counties as strong to severe storms will roll through the region and intensify as they approach Missouri.
