Tiger Woods has been charged with DUI and failure to submit to a DUI test following a March 27 traffic accident in Florida. The arrest affidavit reveals that Woods was looking at his cell phone and changing the radio station before the accident. He was also described as "sweating profusely" during his interview with investigators.
