A missing person with autism alert has been issued for 18-year-old Brian Edward Hutchins, who was last seen at 11 a.m. Friday on Mill Pond Court in Virginia Beach. The alert was issued by the Virginia State Police on behalf of the Virginia Beach Police Department. The boy, who has been diagnosed with autism, is possibly wearing a blue t-shirt and gray sneakers.
