Intoxicated man with caged dog in trunk arrested after crashing SUV inside car wash in Brook Park

A man from Maple Heights, Ohio, was arrested after he crashed his Tesla SUV into a concrete pillar and passed out inside Brook Park Laser Wash. Police found an open bottle of tequila in the vehicle and a loaded Glock handgun on the front passenger seat. The man failed field sobriety tests and was placed in handcuffs.
