A report from Bespoke Surgical, a sexual health clinic in New York, has ranked America's five most well-endowed states. The study surveyed over 3,000 adults about self-reported flaccid and erect penis length, with Iowa leading the list with an average of 7.13 inches. South Carolina, Arizona, New York and Indiana also made the top five. The national average self-report erect length came in at 6.34 inches. The survey also found that 89% of respondents said society puts too much emphasis on penis size, while 96% said being a good or skilled lover was more important than penis size.
