Dozens Of Dogs Adopted After Shelter Falls Into 'Crisis'

The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARC) experienced a crisis after receiving over 100 pets in a 48-hour period. The facility posted on social media that it was running out of space and was facing a shortage of resources. Despite efforts from the community, nearly 80 dogs were successfully placed in homes over the weekend. Most of the animals had been impounded from Baltimore City Animal Control.
