Illegal immigrant accused of raping 3 siblings in Ohio: sheriff's office

A grand jury has indicted Samuel Ramirez, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, on 32 counts of rape for allegedly sexually assaulting three siblings over a period of years. The charges stem from a juvenile who was at a hospital undergoing treatment for unrelated injuries and two of her siblings. While Ramirez denies the allegations, he reports being in the U.S. illegally and is also held on an ICE detainer.
