Federal fugitive appears in court after rough takedown in Hialeah

A federal fugitive, Yam Brandy Perera Nunez, was arrested after a violent arrest outside a Hialeah Walgreen. He was zapped with taser and taken down by several deputies, some of whom threw punches at him. Despite a major manhunt, authorities caught him 24 hours after his escape.
