Couple survives Orange County hit-and-run crash that sent them into a pond

A hit-and-run crash in Orange County, Florida, has left a couple, Mya Caetano and Sam Andrews, thankful to be alive after their car was sent into a pond. The collision occurred near the intersection of Central Florida Parkway and West Taft Vineland Road. The couple were driving through the area when another vehicle suddenly appeared and struck them. The impact caused their car to spin several times and hit a pole several times before it hit the water. Caatano and Andrews were able to escape the car without significant injuries. The vehicle that hit them was described as a white SUV, which left the scene without stopping. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the incident and is asking for information.
