Burtons is set to open a 7,046-square-foot Bel Air eatery with its unique focus on being Allergy Aware and Gluten-Free. The restaurant will be located at 609 Belair Rd. It features seafood items such as crab-encrusted haddock, lobster rolls, New York strip steak, superfood salad, and Mediterranean chicken risotto on its menu. Employees undergo rigorous training and certification training to avoid cross-contamination. The dining room and bar area can seat up to 218 guests, covered outdoor patios can accommodate up to 58 guests, and private dining room can accommodate 38 guests.
