Petrobras refineries to operate at 98.5% of capacity in April, says CEO

Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras' refineries are set to operate at 98.5% of capacity in April, according to CEO Magda Chambriard. Three of the company's three refineries currently operate above their installed capacity. The company is reevaluating its scenarios for 2026 due to the ongoing U.S.-Israel conflict. While most of the diesel Brazil consumes is produced locally, about 25% of the fuel it imports is imported.
