Ges-Sweet Elementary's annual Derby Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk is set to take place on April 25. The event, which is the school's main fundraiser, involves students, their families, and community members participating in a fun and healthy way to raise funds for the school. The registration costs is $30 for adults and $20 for kids 13 and under. Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners in various age groups. Last year's event saw 625 registrations.
